QSC Designer fails to open after windows 7 rollup

  • I'm getting these two errors on the most recent 5.4.128 and 5.4.106

    tried rolling back to .106 but either version will not load and give the attached errors in windows 7 pro

    I'm not sure if it has to do with a windows update or the windows update rollup that was installed recently

    Anyone else experiencing problems or know how to over come this so I can submit for my certification? I wasn't having any of these problems for the last two weeks.
