  • I was using this amp on a regular basis, 4 ohm load, normal situation for the last 3 years or so, then it went into protect on ch1 and i cant seem to re set this, or is there a re set? or does it need to go the shop? i was hoping there was something i could do before taking it in... both fans come on , or what ever fan there is is on and working, ch2 just fine.
any suggestions are helpful thank you

  • Hi Rocky,

Unfortunately, there's no reset. There's something wrong with channel 1 and it's in protect to keep the loudspeaker safe. It'll have to be serviced by a qualified technician.

At www.qscservice.com you can obtain an RMA for factory service or locate an authorized QSC service center.
