  • I have a non QSC mixer with a USB stereo in/out for recording or playback.
Question: Will I be able to run the GXD 4 amp using the USB port from my mixer to the USB port on the amp instead of the xlr inputs? Or simply use a laptop as a DJ, mixers USB going directly into the amp?
There's no mention of this in the manuals.
    Thanks, Jackson

  • The GXD amps do not use the USB connector for audio--only for control, monitoring, firmware, et al. You'll have to use the regular XLR or 1/4" audio inputs.
